2. What this site is
This is a marketing and informational website. It describes our tax advisory services, publishes educational articles, and offers free tools like our quarterly tax calculator and entity comparison calculator. It is not itself a tax preparation or filing platform — that's Sequence, our separate client portal, governed by its own terms.

Nothing on this Site — including articles, FAQ answers, and calculator results — constitutes tax, legal, or financial advice, and using the Site doesn't create an advisor-client relationship. Our free tools give estimates based on general assumptions and current federal brackets; they are not a substitute for a review of your actual, complete financial situation by a licensed advisor. 4. Accuracy of tools and calculators
Our calculators are built for general estimation and education, using simplified assumptions and the tax figures current as of the date shown. Actual results depend on your complete financial picture, elections you make, state and local rules, and details a short calculator can't capture. We do our best to keep the underlying figures current but don't guarantee they reflect the very latest law at every moment.
5. The contact form and consultations
Submitting our contact form or requesting a consultation is not an engagement of our services — it starts a conversation. If you check the box agreeing to be contacted by a licensed advisor, you're giving us permission to reach out about your inquiry; you can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, and trademarks on this Site belong to Framework Advisory unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to link to our articles and tools, but please don't reproduce, redistribute, or repackage our content without asking first.
