Privacy Policy

This policy covers Framework Advisory's public marketing website — the pages you're browsing right now, including our tools, articles, and contact form. It does not cover Sequence, our client portal, which handles actual financial documents and tax planning work under its own separate privacy policy and a client engagement agreement. If you're a Sequence client, that policy governs your data, not this one.

When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, business or industry (optional), and whatever you write in the message field.

When you use one of our free tools (the quarterly tax calculator, the LLC vs. S-Corp comparison, and similar), the numbers you enter are used only to calculate the result shown to you in your browser — we don't store or transmit those figures to our servers.

Like nearly every website, we also collect some information automatically through Google Analytics: which pages you visit, how you got here, general device and browser information, and an approximate location based on your IP address. This is aggregate, not tied to your name unless you've also submitted the contact form.

Contact form submissions are used for exactly one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you've asked, connect you with a licensed advisor for a consultation. We don't use this information for anything else, and we don't sell it.

Analytics data helps us understand which pages and content are actually useful, so we can improve the site — it's not used to identify you individually.

We use Resend to deliver email when you submit the contact form. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic. Neither service has any relationship with you beyond processing this specific data on our behalf — we don't share your contact information with advertisers or data brokers.

If you click "Client Login" or "Book a Consultation" and end up on Sequence (portal.frameworkadvisorytax.com), you've left this site and are subject to Sequence's own privacy policy.

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visitor's session from another. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser's privacy settings, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser add-on. Doing so won't affect your ability to use the site or our tools.

Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records, then deleted. If you'd like your information removed sooner, email us and we'll take care of it.

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we'll respond promptly.

This site is intended for business owners and adults, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including encrypting data in transit. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

If we materially change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
